老豆腐一块 虾酱两大勺 油少许 虾酱比较咸盐都省了
热锅加油 炒一下虾酱 下豆腐 出香味后加水煮开 换到汤锅里慢慢炖入味即可

香菇几朵 茄子两根 综合调料少许(自由发挥啦,盐、油、酱,我甚至加了点甜白)
香菇洗净十字花刀 茄子对半剖开再拉几道方便入味减少烹饪时间
铺到垫了锡纸的烤盘里 刷准备好的调料 然后220度左右10-15分钟

圆白菜半颗 鸡脯一块 适量烤肉酱!
鸡脯切片或条加烤肉酱腌制15分钟 圆白菜切块沥水
热锅加油 鸡脯肉炒至8成熟盛出 圆白菜炒至变软 加剩余烤肉酱 加入八成熟鸡肉一块炒 装盘! 开吃!
